We mainly focus on:
Red-claw mud crabs and select seafood lines, sourced with attention to sanitary and cold-chain norms.

Q10. What are your usual MOQs, sampling policy and lead times?
MOQs – vary by SKU and seasonality.
Dry flowers & décor: typically 500–1,000 pcs per SKU or 1 full pallet equivalent
Agri & marine: MOQ depends on container size (e.g., 20’/40’ FCL) and destination.
Sampling – available on select dried-flower SKUs and certain agro products; sampling charges may be adjusted against commercial orders. Buyer usually bears courier cost.
Lead times (indicative):
Dry flowers & décor: 7–21 days from advance/payment & design confirmation, depending on volume and customization.
Agri & marine: depend on procurement, port schedules, inspections, and regulatory checks (typically 2–4 weeks from final approval & documentation readiness).
Q11. What Incoterms and payment terms do you support?
We usually work on standard Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF.
Payments:
Advance T/T for smaller and first-time orders
Stage-wise or LC (Letter of Credit) options for larger, repeat or institutional contracts
Currencies: USD, EUR, INR and other major currencies as mutually agreed.

Category-specific compliance:
Agri – moisture, foreign matter, grading, fumigation, phytosanitary where required

On request we can coordinate third-party inspections (SGS, etc.) at buyer’s cost.
Q13. Which ports and logistics channels do you use?
We work with major Indian seaports and airports, routing shipments based on cargo type, buyer location and freight dynamics. Freight and insurance can be arranged on behalf of the buyer or handled by their nominated forwarder. Real-time updates are shared from booking to document release (BL/AWB).
Q14. What documents do you provide for export shipments?
Depending on product and destination, we can arrange:
Commercial Invoice & Packing List
Bill of Lading (BL) / Air Waybill (AWB)
Certificate of Origin (Chamber / Embassy, as needed)
Phytosanitary certificate / Fumigation certificate (for agri/dry products where required)
Health/sanitary documents for marine products as per regulations
Insurance certificate (if CIF/CIP)
